👉 No. KickPilot replaces spreadsheets, messaging apps, attendance logs, and payment trackers. You’ll have everything in one place – from players and trainings to finances and communication.
👉 Yes. Players and/or parents can join your club as regular users (not admins). They’ll see all information related to their player – schedules, announcements, and payments. It’s optional, you can manage the club without them.
👉 No installation required. KickPilot works directly in your browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. A mobile app is coming soon, but you can already add KickPilot to your home screen for an app-like experience.
👉 KickPilot is built for football first – but many features (attendance, payments, chat, tasks) can also work for other team sports. Multi-sport support is part of our roadmap.

Switch between teams instantly, filter data by team, and assign players to multiple teams. Available on Pro (up to 3 teams) and Premium (up to 10 teams) plans.
👉 The team selector appears in your dashboard navigation. Click it to switch between your teams or view all teams at once.
When you select a team, all data automatically filters to show only that team's players, matches, trainings, finances, and tasks. Switch back to "All Teams" anytime to see everything across your entire club.
👉 Absolutely! Players can be assigned to multiple teams – perfect for players who train with both the U-18 and First Team, for example.
Each player can have one "primary team" (marked with a star) which appears prominently in their profile. You can easily see and manage all team assignments from the player's profile.
👉 Direct export isn’t available yet. But you can request your club’s data at any time – and we’ll provide it for free.
👉 No. Coaches can manage players without accounts. If you invite players or parents, they’ll get a clear, restricted view of their own data only.
